Everytime i put bua my orange body butter on my body, the scent always reminds me of the times in inner mongolia.
Will start to think of the digging, my 313 room and roommate(shihui), the dinner and the cooling weather. Miss those days so much especially when everyday past by stressfree-ly.
Now the amount to study for tests in school is wtfl-y a lot.

Ohya speaking of china, i've been watching Bu Bu Jing Xin recently and got hooked on at the wrong period of time where everyday is bombarded with endless tests. :(
This show makes me super curious about China history and the forbidden city!
Wished i paid more attention to the tour guide while i was there.
If i have a chance i wanna go back and tour again!

Anyway now i have another chance to go overseas with the school again. This time, with my coursemates to conduct free eye screenings at rural area. Decided to opt for Nepal followed by India then Cambodia.
Hope i can get in Nepal! I wanna go see the scenic landscape and trekking! :D
The place that we're heading provided i got in is Nagarkot and the sceneric there is superrrrr pretty!
The only thing turning me off is the fee i have to pay to get there cause i used up the once a lifetime YEP fund liao. sadded. Not sure how much i have to pay for this. :(

Lo-hei with my family with a budget yusheng from NTUC before reunion dinner and it still taste pretty great. A nice spread of simple looking dishes with expensive ingredient inside. heehe!Celebrated daddy's birthday a day in advance and i has big fat ang baos from mumsie and dad!
Didn't manage to shou sui cause i was pretty dead and tired at 1am+.

All my relatives cannot recognise me at all and they'll say i've become prettier and slimmer by a lot and can't stop repeating 女大十八变！WAHAHHA Buay hiah bai-ly happy ar~

Went off to meet ying to go river hongbao after visiting 4 houses~

Heehee yeap, wore this cheapo $15 dress that i bought from bugis street long ago. Decided to wear it for CNY since its been untouchws in my wardrobe every since the day it reaches my house. But the material buay pai leh tho its only 15$! AHAH!

Tossed a couple of coins and i managed to hit the bell on my first try! But i forgot to make a wish! stupid! AHAHAHH!
We then went on to the food street at a corner and damnnnn. A super aromatic smell is everywhere! Turns out that the organisers invited majority of the famous hawkers to put up their make shift stall there to sell their food. Sooooo tempted to buy!!Shared this grilled squid with ying. Smells too nice to give it a miss! Taste pretty good too~

Went ying's house early in the morning to watch the lion dance at their house! Its been ages since i saw lion dance!
End up her little sister opened the door for me while pigger ying still sleeping and reluctant to wake up. aiyoooo. She only decided to leave her bed when her sis and i chat too loudly for her to carry on sleeping!

Went back to have a scrumptious steamboat lunch with daddy.

Did a last minute visiting to Sherica's and Min's house during the evening when i have nothing on to do. Super thanks min for the jar of customised M&Ms for my belated birthday present! Damnnnn cute! :D It flew all the way from the states! Cant bear to eat it! TOOOOO CUTE!The image on the M&Ms is actually this! Taken on pigger ying's 18th birthday!

Caught The Viral Factor with Ying and Dee at night @ yishun GV. Its super action packed! or rather, TOO ACTION PACKED!
The scenes are like 'tatatata', 'BOOM', 'KA-BOM', 'pewpewpew' from top till the end. The visuals and stuffs are pretty good but the action scenes are too long. Got a little bored from all the gun fires, fights and explosions towards the end.
Its like they're damn pai mia, always kena gunned at and stuffs and....THEY WON'T DIE!!! a bit fake la.
Other people kena 'pew' 1 shot die le, they got 'pew pew pew pew' don't know how many times still can carry on fighting.

But overall the movie is pretty awesome. Nicholas Tse's acting is crazily fantastically GOOD! (L)
All his emotions and all, whahhhh~
Plus his character got curly uncle hair with uncle clothings and he still look damn handsome! Y U SO HANDSUM?!!?!? WAIII!!!
Jay chou fair pretty good too. One of his best movie as of yet!

CHU-SAN Went sentosa with adhi, yongan, kwok and justin in the morning!
Joined them for imbiah walk and sentosa flowers. Didn't know theres a dragon head, body and trail walk in sentosa! Cool. Kwok brought us all the sua-kus 1 around part of the old sentosa to get close to nature. Wasn't even aware that all this trails existed!
Best of all, im 'trekking' with them in my wedges. #win LOL
Left the guys at around 1 and bussed off to peifang's house to join the class for visiting and gambling! AHAH! I started with 20cents, then i win till a dollar...and i ended up with 20cents again! No loss or gain. proud of maself :P
Then off we took the shutterbus from tpy to citysquare mall for reunion dinner with Dr Zhu at Seoul Garden again! Yim and Peifang not in photo.Laughter don the night with my super lame classmates and the guy serving our tables is pretty cute! HE LIKE HAVE A FOREVER SMILLING face! i like! hahah!
This is the only seoul gaden branch with ala carte buffet! Cleaner and don't know the smelly oily bbq smell. The brownies with ice cream there is fab!

Trained home with Santi and KT and i totally LMFAO with them. Mad funny!!!

The day has come.
Nightmares before i woke up. bad omen.
Went for my 2 wisdom tooth extraction with mummy at NUH Dental Centre 3. Right top and bottom wisdom tooth.

It started off with 4 or more Local Anesthesia jabs using a HUGE needle!!! FREAK SIA! My right part of the face was totally numbed
But it was less scarier then i thought cause my eyes and all were covered up except the mouth
and it totally sounded like they're doing renovations in my mouth!
All the drilling and stuffs lol. Luckily i can't see it.
They broke my impacted lower right wisdom tooth into 4 and removed my top right wisdom tooth as a whole. No pain at all except jaw ache with them pushing against my gum like mad.
The whole process ended pretty quick with me sporting a swollen face.

The bill is crazy. @__@ $400++

Decided to train home instead of cab since i was feeling ok.... until bishan where i didnt get any seats.
Halfway through I totally collapsed on my mum at khatib cause i was feeling faint and all.
2 kind souls immediately gave up their seats for my mum and i.
i lied on her all the way and its the most comforting feeling at that point of time ever.
But my vision was giving way and i was totally expericing rod monochromacy with really black and white vision and visual acuity worster than 6/120. i think i would even fail the finger counting test cause i would only see very minor outlines of objects in front of me. Very very scary. i thought i would go blind and all.
Mumsie carried me till the cab area at yish mrt cause i dont have a single energy to hold up myself at all.
I totally scared the shit out of her. >_<

Felt better when i sat in the cab. Slowly regained back my colour vision and VA after a minute or so. HENG AR~!! I knew i wouldn't die so early! WAKAK
Reached home and immediately head for the bed.

Luckily i never insist on going back to school as planneddue to my mum's objection. i think i faint otw there also no one knows. hahaha
But felt like i've screwed up plans again cause i'm supposed to buy yusheng for the class to lo hei and go Haw Par Villa with them. :(

5 days into my 19th and its so far so awesome!! Last year of my teen life! :(
It feels like birthday everyday this year!
Celebrated with ying, dee and min this year on the actual date!
Initially i thought i would be going home alone and celebrate myself with night jogging. hahah! Lika really emo.
Cause school end really late like 6pm and i thought no one would bother celebrating already.
End up this 3 girls has been waiting for me since their school ended like say 11am(min) and noon for the other 2.

But i missed their surprise cause my prac ended early and i went off before they could station themselves outside the classroom.
End up meeting them in town at nydc with a dinner steak and 2 slices of cake treat from them!
Laughter donned the night. :)

My best present to myself as of yet! I dropped close to 3 kg in 3 weeks! Mad proud of myself.
As it was raining while i walk my way back to cwp from the gym with my shoebag as my brolly, a nice guy sheltered me with his umbrella cause i was pretty soaked. LOL!

Ate good food in the evening cause theres a wedding dinner with mumsie.
SO i shall take it as a 'birthday 9 course meal treat' since its so near to my birthday!
I've always wanted to attend a wedding whereby i personally know the groom/bride cause every wedding dinner that i get to attend are strangers that i've never see before getting married. O_O

Wednesday!
Went to Specialist Cadet School with Agnes! Learned more about NS and stuffs. Even tried their food ration which was wel... edible!
Played with a real machine gun for the first time that fired blanks.
Wa the 'tatatatatatata' impact is damn scary but fun a the same time! hahaha!
Think it'll be my only chance of holding a gun.
Received a little present from agnes before we head home! yay! :")

My classmates surprised me with a cake!!!
HAHAH I was like reading newspaper with zoe and the rest until i hear 'happy birthday to you~' from my back.
Initially i thought it was some other people's birthday until Yim brought up a cake towards me!
I'm super stunned la! HAHA! I thought this class had no intention to celebrate at all.

The yummy cake had cheese content in it! yays! and sharon ate it to gimme face cause she hates cheese! :)
heehee this year i had 3 cakes! Carrot cake with walnuts, Strawberry shortcake and a mango mousse cheese cake!

Nurse reveals the top 5 regrets people make on their deathbed

'For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. I was with them for the last three to twelve weeks of their lives. People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality.

I learnt never to underestimate someone’s capacity for growth. Some changes were phenomenal. Each experienced a variety of emotions, as expected, denial, fear, anger, remorse, more denial and eventually acceptance. Every single patient found their peace before they departed though, every one of them.

When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again. Here are the most common five:

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
This was the most common regret of all. When people realize that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.

It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.

2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.
This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children’s youth and their partner’s companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.

By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.

3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never
became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a
result.

We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly, in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way, you win.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.

It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical
details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It is all comes down to love and relationships in the end.
That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called ‘comfort’ of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again. When you are on your deathbed, what others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.

Life is a choice. It is YOUR life. Choose consciously, choose wisely, choose honestly. Choose happiness.'

New Year resolution

-Get weight down to 48kg

-Run a 21km marathon

-Pull GPA up to 3.60

-Clock in 30km/week

-Try more new things

Regarding the clocking 30km/week takes up a lot of my time sia. But the result is super worth it especially when i can feel my stamina improving!
i ran 8.5km just now without stopping!
I can't even tahan that long without stopping and panting like mad for prev marathons!
Proud of maself! :D

School just started today.
Enjoyed my classmates companion a lot but the lessons are damn turn off.
Wished i had another 6 months of holidays. T__T

Really thankful for landing upon my current events job. I mean like who can get a pretty high paying job whereby the timing is crazily flexible + no cpf + get pay by end of week or on the spot + endless of joys and fun during work!?
Lunch is provided most of the time ranging from packet food to fine dining with free flow alcohol. Transport back provided and going to work is lika going to funfair. Sometimes even allowed to places where public can't go.
Lastly, i have really awesome and nice boss and ladyboss who are super charitable!

Up till today, i've spent 1 and a half year with my current DOPT o1 class.
Initially i seriously can't wait to change class cause i find them all a total boring bunch of peeps. But after spending so much time with them, i really enjoyed they accompany and don't even wanna think about the part of splitting class next semester! :(
Looking through all the flashbacks, i really like their super ONZ attitude towards volunteering and celebrating birthdays. I mean this is like the first time i see a class celebrating everyone's birthday! like seriously cute and heartwarming la! Super no want change class naos! :(:(:(

The start of a new year means my 19th birthday is creeping up on me soon. Not prepared to leave the age of 18 tho.
Ain't expecting much since it falls on my most dreaded days of the week where school ends at 6pm. @__@ Just hope nothing goes bad for me that day.

Just ended one of my few most awesome event!
The people there are crazily madly nice la!!!

Doing glitter tattoo at The White Rabbit.
A very pretty church backdrop with an enormous christmas tree!

Theres this young Caucasian dude who is super nice and settle me at a very cozy spot and everyone there just keep asking me to help myself to the free flow liquors and drinks.

My first time doing glitter tattoo for adults and some ladies even ask me to do it on their boobs! ahahaha!
Eat tofu sia!
Everyone else then went off to have their dinner and activities while i lepak at my cozy corner playing coin dozer and sipping wine. Lika getting paid for enjoying life la!
Would be even more awesome if i wasn't working alone!!

At the end of my event, a lady came up to me and said that they prepared dinner for me too and insist that i eat it cause its very yummy!
Turkey!!!! She even got the bartender there to get me more red wine and champagne!
First time i ate a turkey that's soooooooo nice!!!! But too bad i only ate half of it in a hurry as the delivery uncle came! :< wasteddddd good food!

Passed my gratitude to the manager and rush out to the delivery guy as he waited for me for quite long while i eat the turkey. :X
And when i was at the door there, i totally banged super hard onto it!
Its so clear till i never see it at all la! piang eh! Super painful and in full view of everyone! alamak!!! The delivery uncle keep laughing at me all the way while he drive me back to the nearest mrt. eeek! HAHAHAH!

Yea, holiday started.

Life still as mundane as ever tho.
Ohya I've just started working part time at an optical shop where i collected my specs.
The boss is pretty nice, tho a bit intrusive at times.
He trust me with all the refraction takings and yea, i screw them all up! LOL!
half a sem of not touching refractions makes me rusty.

SCMS 2011

HEYYYYY~ Completed my 10k half a day ago!

Personal aim for this run was to beat my previous clocked timing of 70mins....
But yea, i failed. Stopped at 4km and almost gave up at 6km. :/ Don't know why but i find this run much more tiring than new balance real run. Used Adhi as my pacer all the way till 6km and lost him.
So yea here's my result.

77 minutes.
Wonder if i did not go to the toilet halfway through, would my timing be better by a lot cause of the long waiting time. But nah, i'll probably peed in my pants. :X

Anyway as compared to New Balance Real Run, this 1 kinda suck much imo.
There very limited distance markers, water points, toilets, and the route planned out is lika cui.
Theres a bottleneck squeeze even before we reach the starting point!
The race started at 7.15 and i only ran past the gantry at 7.57. I was expecting like at most 10 mins wait only... turns out to be about 42 mins. :/
They should've handled the crowd well given so many years of organizing runs.

This is only a small part of the crowd stuck far from the starting point. Really horrible.Still stuck at a crowded area far far from the starting point.

LOL while running i was cursing myself on why i even joined this run in the first place.
Run till wanna die ar! Almost gave up but yea, the angel in my head keep psychoing me to carry on.
Weather was good, road was even cept for slight uphill, wasn't really running shoulder to shoulder with people so i guess i just lack trainings prior to this run. :X
And yea, luckily my left ankle no longer gave me any problems!

Purposing run at the side for the last 2km near all the cameras to pose hahaha!
Pretty awesome way to distract myself from the distance left cause i just keep carry on running and posing at the cameras! LOOOL.
But yea, it was all worth it. :)

None of my sem has been this bad before. Tests are all next week and im still clueless to whats around me.
I seriously don't want my GPA to drop but yet im running out of time!
Friday's 40% for 4 credits module is coming in 2 days and i still dont even know nuts.

Wts is with me this semester. I feel falling asleep and lazy to even scribble notes down.
Most of my notes are half emptied and i ain't doing anything to change that.

Fell down the stairs in school today!!! HAAHAHAH!!

It was really hilarious cause when we're going down a dark stairs at FC2 around evening time, Sharon was talking about not being able to see the stairs in front of her and i went,
'aiyo then you should eat more carr-AHHHHHHH!!!!'
Before i could say 'carrot' i missed a step and fell down!

Kinda stupid man! telling other people to improve their dim illumination vision when im the 1 who pua dou.
Really thought i sprain my ankle at that moment cause it was so painful and i couldn't get up!
hahahah luckily the pain goes off after awhile tho i can't jog or walk fast now. :/
Laughed my way through the moment i fell and the rest were wondering why am i so happy even when i fell! LOL!

Cleared poly50 with my fellow Green Transformers team todayyyyyy!!!
There's Alicia, Vivian, Shihui, Sylvia, Joel, Clarence, Justin, Yongan, Adhi and i running and all of us are practically running it for the first time with no training beforehand!!
HAHA! Omg so proud of us of finishing it especially those who seldom run!!! :DDDD

Met up with the team at 1230 to have light lunch and scrapbook making for kwok.
Did some trashtalking with Clarence till we're nearing the time. Hahahah he's damn funny! Forever making me laugh like mad.
Heh tied my hair for the first time since i cut short hair!

Have a final briefing, warm ups and off we go to the race site! Mad lot of people ar!!!

Was made the first runner. Hahah! Damn nervous. Scared i'll screw up from the start and the long wait before the flag off wasn't helping too!

But once i started, everything just seems to pass by so fast. Everyone's sprinting like mad and 2 girls in front of me even bang into each other on my first lap. Hope their injuries are not too serious. The first 4 200m sprint were dog tired. Lost energy super easily especially the part from Point B to C. Its a freaking long route and theres a lot of people watching. Cannot slow down if not laokui ar hahah!! But once i started drinking red bull, wa the pantings after each exchange point goes off in 5 secs and im feeling energetic all over already.

Point A to B has a minor up slope. a little killing when i'm tired.
Point B to C is the bomb. Tired like mad ar, still have to run up a ramp and turn here turn there in full view of lots of supporters. Super energy draining.
Point C to A is the love. Down slope and the distance seems shorter. Can sprint super easily there.

Our team is the only 1 in green out of the 139 teams! Super special! :D

They used Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) System this year for the first time and it kinda sucks lol. Rather they do it manually.
Think quite a lot of teams ran extra including ours cause the screen results lag or so.
But overall the experience is still one word to describe. AWESOME!
Took some post race photos with the team and off to celebrate kwok's belated birthday at Staff Centre Restaurant!!

They ordered crazily lot of dishes and it totally feels like back in duolun!
Sitting around a round table with my fellow teammates and all the laughter going on.
Sing song cut cake and photos! :D
Really miss those days!

Busssssy wheezy recently!

Met up Joanne on friday to go Mandy's bunny birthday party at Ascott!
Ultra long since i see this blur queen.
Went to ion's daiso together to get bunny ears to suit the bunny mafia theme but end up all the black bunny ears were sold out!! :(
That girl still went on to climb up a daiso's ladder in skirt to get some other white bunny ears designs situated on top. Super retarded and funny la she.

Walked around town and couldn't find any cheap black bunny ears so we settled with black hats instead for the mafia theme.
The entrance to 'The Bunny Factory' is super cute la.
Marked our attendance there, got a 'bunny fact' entrance chop chop and a shot through a watergun.

Left the party at 10pm.

Woke up at 5am to prepare for workkkkkk!
The weather is weird. Rain. stop. rain. stop and once i step out of the house, heavy rain. damnnnnn.
Met up with ying on the bus then min, pauline and gwenlin at the train station.
Gathered all myw 20 friends and workers for the event and proceed to Wavehouse Sentosa.
Was stationed to do games in the end but i ended up switching with kaiho for food stations cause of the sun. :X

Felt kinda guilty and bad for asking them to come for this event cause 12 of them had to stand under the hot sun for 5 hours continously tending to the #foreverbusy and tiring games station.
Most of them are baked and kaiho event got mild heat stroke. :( Hard labor sia.
Tried to make it up to them by bringing them ice water, ice creams and stand in for 2 of them awhile while they go rest. :X
30 minutes under the sun was unbearable to me. The heat was really really bad. Proud of them for being able to tahan 5 hours.

Got them free lunch bento, distributed the pay and went off to katong swimming complex to bathe. Went in using child ticket again. :P
About an hour or less under the sun in the morning left me with a really bad tan line on my shoulders. The skin colour difference is like yim's and my old fair skin. LOL.
Anyway the shower doors there are really high. Its almost to the extend of people outside being able to see our ass from underneath the door if we're 10cm shorter. So both of us retardedly tiptoe all the way while showering. haha!

Went off to meet Johnson for ice skating thats been postponed twice already. Think he waited an hour for us. Oops! :/
Initially thought i'll fall down like $%^ times haha. End up its kinda easy as compared to inline.
Fell down about 3 times in total. :X
Johnson's a nice 'teacher'! haha!
But its quite fun leh! Tho i still don't dare to go fast. :P
Feeeel like going back someday sooooooon! :)

Left Johnson at 7pm while he go find his friends and we go prepare for our halloween stuffs.
Grab some food and search around for ying's vamp teeth and my doctor stethoscope at Plaza Sing. Couldn't find anything in the end tho. Sua. Bus to Grand Copthorne Hotel and changed plus make up in the toilet.

Initially no matter how i do my makeup, i still look like some happy smiling friendly doctor. HAHAH. phailz.
Walked out of the hotel with the guests inside staring. Meh.
Joined the crazy queue outside before Dee chup in and we cut queue into Joanne's queue.

Ying and i passed the full costume check and got free entry in. :>
Joanne and her friend helped me draw a much more creepy makeup prior to it. :D
Couldn't last long in my 4 inch heels and changed shoes the moment i got in. Painfulllll esp after ice skating.

Finally managed to get in only at 12mm cause the queue was really long and inside was mad squeezy + crowded.
ALOTTTT of people came with super impressive costumes such as fb app on iphone, ironman, mad hatter and many more.

Overall my alcohol tolerance sucks much compared to them la. hahaha.
We ordered another 2 jugs of rum + coke on top of the free drinks and i went light headed first tho i drank the least. :X
Danced, talk to random people, took photos with some, blah blah and i KO at around 3 plus.

Work yesterday was horrible.

The client is an asshole.

A perverted asshole.

So pissed off with him till i text my boss complaining about the client being a complete asshole.

The actual timing haven't even started and he was urging and kanchiong-ing me to start the machine. I'm ok with starting work early tho if the client wasn't so bad. I started work 20 minutes early for him and i ask why am i here so late. @#$%^&*

Even after i started it, he then keep asking when is my friend(minqi) coming almost every sec cause there's 2 machines to tend to. WTFFFF.
In a super noisy school environment with teachers shouting around at the students, an asshole urging me and complaining in the background, teachers being extras, my face was '>:(' throughout.

The humid and hot weather with floss all over my face makes me double >:(

He keep anyhow meddling with the machines and even started the popcorn machine and adding in the things inside even before i arrive. wtffffffff. Luckily never spoil.

So i was like multi tasking between 2 machines initially till i got pekchek and left the popcorn machine for him to play with.

The floss machine usually only can have 1 person working on it at a time. The teachers refuse to listen to me and keep sticking in their stick so theres like 3 sticks inside at 1 point. I was sincerely hoping the fan in the middle to hit their hands. damnnnnn annoyed.

It wouldn't be so bad if he didn't look like those psychotic perverted sweaty clown.

Worst of all he keep saying perverted stuffs to us with his tiko expression. fuck disgusting.

Was totally attitude-ing him until minqi arrive. Refuse to talk to him directly and made minqi pass on my words to him. haha :X

He insist on asking for discount from my boss/ extend timing cause minqi was late. :/ bloody cheapo donkey.

Ran my first ever marathon yesterday!

Went for it with only 3 hours of sleep. @__@

Met dee at yishun mrt station to take the chartered buses to changi exhibition centre at 4.30am and upon reaching the station, i found out that i forgot to bring my race bib!!!!!

With super little time left before the bus is gone, i immediately ran back home from the train station! hahah! started my 'marathon' in this hour.

Luckily halfway through my dad lompang me in his bicycle and ferry me back home and to the station. Heng he was around to accompany me to walk to the train station earlier on. :)

Slack at a corner when we arrived and i heard someone keep calling 'doreen! doreen!'

Turns out to be my ex colleague's husband! Amazed that he can still recognise me even after not seeing me for close to a year!

He seems to be running in every marathon in Singapore. haha!

Can't wait for his baby Jareth's birthday next month! :D:D:D:D:D

Haha end up shouted 'peifang' too loudly from the barrier and she paiseh-ly run towards me cause her colleagues only know her as 'Jess' instead of her chinese name which she find orhpiang. :X

First time seeing her in her paramedics uniform and it looks awesome. :D

Flag off at 7am and i only reached the starting point at 3mins++. Was super behind at the starting point. hahaha not kiasu ma. :)

Ran together with Dee at my side until the first waterpoint at the 2km+ area. I skipped the waterpoint and she went missing from my sight ever since lol.

Saw an ahma wearing qibao to run the 10km. She's super super cute sia! hahaha! Even pinn

ed a flower onto her hair. Wonder how she can stand the heat cause halfway through the run, i feel like stripping off my top already. The sun was unbearable!

Managed to run 5km straight until i reached the changi beach area.

Was cursing and swearing like mad while running on top of the sand. Every step is draining my energy off. LOL Super torturing to run on it. Keep on stopping every 10m i run. @__@

But forced myself to continue every 5 sec i stop cause i keep feeling like peeing and i don't wanna stop for toilet! hahah!

Its like the nervous system fight or flight mode lor!

When i stop(flight), body is relaxed and feel like going to the toilet, when i started running(fight), the feeling is gone! haahhahah! Think only bio students understand this. :X

The last 2.4km was the bomb. hahaha! We're practically running towards the sun and the sun was really really really terrible till a guy collapsing due to his high body temperature that's as high as 40degree++ celcius as told by Peifang. Heng not me ar. haha. Cannot imagine fainting on my first marathon. So lao kui! :X

Motivated myself with the aircon inside the exhibiton hall and pressed on. Sprinted for the last 500m and reached the finishing point at 1:14:xx. So took about 71 mins to complete this run. Mad proud of myself since the most i ran during my leisure jogs were only 5km.

Super shag while waiting for Alicia to finish her run. My face looks pale! LOL

After she arrived and cooled down, both of us just collapsed on the ground and sleep using our bags as cushioning in the midst of the crowd! haha!

Someone even commented on how tired we are when we only run 10k nia. Try having short sleeping hours daily man. :P

Went to had lunch at white sands and then trained to Tampines for me to fulfil my tau huay craving. Got my favourite soya ice kachang from Gogo beanz instead of tau huay cause its too nice and refreshing to not buy it! :DDDD

Off to a nearby swimming complex to bathe before rushing off to Scape to support Jeph and Togo's 'Now You Can' competition. Dee smuggled us in with child tickets. hahah! Public shower room for 50cents nia. LAWLS!

Slept through most of the presentations by other groups there. Sleepyyyy!!!

Only paid attention to the last 2 presentations. Both are by SP groups with really amazing ideas.

Too bad Jeph's group didn't won. Was disappointed for them. Probably could be due to the fact that they had too many collaborations and opportunities with other companies as compared to the other groups.

Half the GT team was around to support them! :)

First day of school today!!

My first day as a class rep. :X

Went GEMS with Agnes and her friends and for the first time ever, i.did.not.hate.gems!

Math games and quizzes is super interesting with lots of logic questions and stuffs that i like! :D

Sharon chua's lesson was next and many people were like 'ehh doreen you cut your hair ar?'

Pretty obvious eh. :P

Last few lessons of the day were contact lens fitting. Wasn't expecting much to do until Mr Ho say that we'll be fitting SCL and RGP lenses on our eyes and partner's eyes.

I totally went @__@!!!!

That wasn't expected on his first practical on first day of school. Luckily the cute nail clippers that i bought as souvenirs for the class from inner mongolia came as useful. :B

I was really really lousy with contact lens fitting as my eyes are rather sensitive. Was super super depressed initially cause i couldn't even get the soft contact lens in and was lagging behind! I keep blaming on my small eye aperture when the problem lies with my reflex blinking. :X

Was ultra ultra happy when it FINALLY sits in......and then i couldn't get it out. -.-

Spent another long duration trying to get it out. ><

RGP which is hard lens fitting was next. It was the infamous lens that is said to be very painful.

When Naimah inserted onto my eye, it wasn't as painful as expected la... just feel as if there's a bunch of hair on my eye. Think the reason why it isn't that painful is because my eye was already very very teary when she inserted it. lubrication!! hahah!

Slowly bit by bit more and more tears came and i look like i'm watching a tragic show. hahaha!

The removal part was painful tho. Felt as if the cornea was scratched. #thinktoomuch

Did displacement of the RGP lens on the next eye and both eyes were flooded with tears. :X

Finished the whole practical with slight dry eyes cause there burning sensation.

Kianteck say that i cry too much till the tear ducts are empty! HHAHAHHAHA!!! retarded sia him. lol.

I truly suck in this module. Sigh. :/

Been rushing all over Singapore recently this week and even had to gobble food down before rushing to the next place. Super sick and tired of this routine. Can't wait for school to reopen.

I'm out of the house as soon as i wake up and on the bed once i reached home. Don't even get to see my parents for more than 2 hours this week.

Last minute decision to gym with Mandy at yishun gym before heading out to work at MBS.

Was left with 15mins to pack and wash up when i reached home! Luckily my hair's short now!

Johnson showed me the way from MBS to Promenade mrt once before so i took the risk and train there instead of marina bay to rush to work....... but i still got lost when i ran out of the train station. :(

Ended up taking a cab and it amount up to $8.40 for a super super short distance like say....1.2km due to the peak hour rate. :(:(:(

Stoned behind this booth for 5 hours straight.

Was seriously bored ttm cause i was working alone and my phone batt was running low. Kill time by making popcorns nonstop even tho there's no one taking it. :X

Ended work at 11pm and got picked up by Calvin and Peifang to go Aloha Loyang! They bought me a Mac meal plus cappuccino on the way cause i was complaining about being mad hungry + sleepy and craving for carbo food. Ultra nice of them! :B

We stopped by a bedok coffeeshop to get their ice coffee and coincidently saw a fight between 2 uncles.

1 of the uncle keep punching the other 1 and the latter just sit there and let him rain the punches on him. Super super scary! Luckily i'm inside the car.

The rest of the uncles standing around didn't do much to stop the fight tho. :/ Lika useless peeps.

But even if things got serious ar, at least theres this 2 paramedics around. :)

Reached the chalet and the amount of people who stayed were more pathetic than last year. ~.~

All watching Transformers 3 by the time i arrived.

They started bbqing the food that they saved for me earlier on while i go and freshen up.

Rushed home then to facial treatment appointment then work.

Finally ended my event job at RWS Convention Centre!

I expect the job to be ultra boring initially cause i signed up for it alone and the working time is about 12 hours each day. But luckily it turned out to be otherwise la.

End of the torturing 4.30am wakeup time and the sleep deprived days.

Met up with this cute little girl at tpy before going sentosa together. Was totally clueless on where to go at first so i thick skin-ly anyhow text a number found from a list to go together. :P

Was sent to do registration booth with her and Queenie which is superrrr slack cause theres like only less than 10 people that approach me. haha~!

Spent the past 11 hours chatting nonstop with this bunch of girls! :D Somehow can clique quite well with them and the topics just keep flowing. lol.

I'll miss working with themmm! D:

Been eating sooooo much prawns recently till i finally managed to forced myself out to jog immediately when i reached home tho i'm super tired. Think the cholesterol will be sky high if i don't do anything about it. heh. I don't wanna die young lol.

Managed to jog 5km continuously only and my 10k marathon is coming in 4 days! DIEE!!!!

As stated in the title, this entry is all about my hairrrrrr!

Can't believe that i actually went through so many hair transformations this year!
Its super not me to play around with my hair so much!

Its like my hair get tortured with LOTS of dyes in year 2010 and then undergo changes in year 2011.

Back in secondary school where my hair texture was a total shit, i told myself to never ever screw around with my hair...... not even to use hair straightener on it.

Fast forward to 3 years later, my current hair is something i would never think of cutting back then.

I think the only hair damaging thing i did to my hair was rebonding it for the first time back in sec4? Heh i think i look kinda cute back then leh! #BHB

Next thing i did few days after graduation was to dye hair with Lisese Hair Bubble Dye. I bought milktea brown which was the lightest shade and the end product wasn't really much difference? It just look kinda like natural brown under the sunlight. LOOK LIKE TOOT SIA. AHAHAH!!

Taken during Breadtalk D&D reception area. Did a temp curl too! I remember my heart was ache-ing as the person curl cause i was worried for the health of my hair that time.

When my new hair roots grew out, i was determined to get an even obvious hair colour so i went to salon to dye my hair instead.

There was some miscommunication with my Laurence, my hair stylist back then, and the hair colour ended up bright gold! I just want a slightly more visible brown than natural brown and i think he thought that i wanted a super obvious colour.

This was when my gold hair journey started. haha. :X

Was really chua tio ttm after the dye. Heng my mum didn't really mind it. LOL.

And then after this, it was the start of my poly life. Sporting the gold hair was super super super prominent in SP as my secondary school friends can spot me from far! Its kinda useful cause majority of the people remember me by my hair. heh :P

I went back to cut bangs just because i wanna see how i look like in gold bangs. Stupid decisions on impulse.

And then then all the roots came out again, i went to darken it with ashy colour as recommended by another hair stylist.

AND IT TURNED OUT GREENISH WTFFFFFFFF! LAWLS!!!!!

A lot of people came to ask me what colour is my hair that time cause it look so weird in real life!!

Its not really a very nice colour imo...kinda like gross colour. haha! Even my mum prefers me in gold hair as compared to this. Told ya i played too much with my hair.

My hair colour in the following photos is not that obvious....tho you can still see a bit of the greenish hue.

Did a temp curl again for free on some random day in orchard ion using xuhong's member card.

Did some more full head dyes or touch ups in between when the roots are out. Finally got rid of the gross green colour within a couple of months.

Till here, my hair was getting drier and drier due to the frequent dying already. Seriously miss my old crazily long straight gold hairrrr!!!! They look so pretty in photos. Can't remember how they look in real life tho. hahah!

I dyed my hair purple and cut it to shoulder length! Thought like billions of hours before deciding on shorter hair....ok la.. maybe only an hour. heh.

Retarded face. This was how purple my hair was back when i just dyed it!

The purple dye keep dropping and staining the towel as i wash it. :/

It became reddish purple in just a couple of days! :(

I look like i have the same hairstyle as dee! haha!

Slowly it became reddish brown..... Not very visible in the photos here tho.
I can still surprisingly tied my scorpion braid! haahah with a tiny turf of hair below.

Lastly i did another hair cut recently and the colour faded to reddish gold.

Some people who saw me even ask if i dye my hair again! hahah! Thats how jialat the colour fade. Lika totally different from the orginial purple.

First week of October

This has got to be my busiest holiday ever!

There's never a day where i spend the whole day at home cause my schedules are all packed with work and plays. Work is as awesome as the previous holiday cause its all event based and funnnn! :D

Anyway had a haircut at Chapter2 on the 29th sept after K-ing with Dee and Jeph.

Did something that I will never ever thought of back then before I cut short hair in Duolun.

I'd cut my hair even shorter! Now the front is about chin length and the back is ultra bob.

First sentence that everyone say when they see me with my new haircut is 'you 舍得 meh?'

Actually i prefer my shoulder length hair that is done is China la... but this hair quite special leh.

I like how drying my hair now is only 5mins compared to the 1hr ++ when i sport the long curly mane. The only part i have about this hair is the wax styling part. I'm a complete noob with wax. hahah!

But my aunt say i look like a guy! :O:O:O:O:O:O

Heh... changed 4 hairstyles/looks this year already.

Looking more and more different from my passport photo now with the custom officer having to remind me to change my photo everytime i go overseas.

Did Pink Ribbon Awareness Walk 2011 event with Ying at MBS!

Think Andy hired too much people so end up we had 2 people to 1 hotdog machine! :D

We shared a tentage with a bunch of middle age volunteers that are manning the ice cream station and the people there are awfully cute and funny! xD

Saw some familiar faces like Samantha and Joel and didn't expect them to recognise me with my new hair! haha!

Helped the icecream peeps to give away their ice creams at the last hour so as to not waste it since theres a lot of leftovers.

Too bad can't bring a box back cause Yishun is sooooo far away from MBS! :(

Kite-flying with Johnson, Dee and Min at Barrage!

Been like more than a year since i saw Johnson? haha.

With a fake cherry blossom tree that can light up at night.

That day is the first time i managed to fly a kite high up into the sky leh! My kites usually never fly above tree height before. #FAIL

Probably is due to the wind since the wind at barrage is pretty awesome.

Dee went off halfway through for work while the 3 of us played frisbee.

Been like a year since i touch the disc? My throwing and catching is still as cui as ever! hahaha!

Dinnered at Just Acia and Johnson showed up around the CBD area.

Make Min and i feel lika tourist in our own country cause we didn't know so much about the buildings. :X

5th Oct

Went on a 2d1n getaway at Turi Beach, Batam with Jon, Amanda, Jeph and Dee.

Pretty nice trip cept the fact that it burnt a huge hole in my pocket.

Took at 35mins ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

Retarded face. haha!

Checked into Resort 325 and cooked Amanda's indomie using the water heater and the cup as bowl! Literally cup noodles la! hahah!

We did banana boating and the 4 of them got on the jet ski.

Jeph and Dee even went on to teach me how to swim! hahah! #FAILx2 cause i still need lotsa help even after an hour of their teaching.

That Alicia ar! Madly retarded man! She keep gulping mouthful of water in the pool and spitting it in my face/head/hair! hahah! Irritating girl! :P

End up the whole pool is polluted with our saliva and my blood. :X Accidentally scraped my finger onto the pool wall till it bleed.

Back from my 2 weeks of getaway at China, inner mongolia!

Shan't do any blogging bout' those 2 weeks cause i'm too lazy to recall and took surprisingly little photos.

Back to reality now and back to faced my semi 'blind' thinkpad.

The cost to repair it is 670++ cause it's not under warrenty! Sadded max. :/

Luckily i still have the netbook that my uncle gave to me rely on. :/

Ohya! My sunflowers that i left under my parent's care for the past 2 weeks are blooming!!!

Just a little summary of yesterday

Went Pulau Ubin yesterday as a pre-trip for the mongolia OCIP.
Was my first time to Ubin!
Saw the other team that went for the trip in June as well.

Time spent there was madly enjoyable especially bonding more with the team.

Saw beautiful sceneries and animals that i've never seen before especially a family of wild boars and a couple of hornbills. Too bad didn't get to see any otters. :/
Did trekking and beach cleaning in the morning and cycling from noon till evening.

Was super long since i last cycled sia! Lost control of the bike abit when i go down the slope. hahah! almost banged into a tree. :X
Cycled to see quarry, beach and chek jawa.

Went alone to volunteer for Project C.A.N. today!

Reached bedok mrt station for the meetup and just nice saw hoiki! My optom junior from FOP!
Stuck to her all the way till we're splitted into groups.
So i went back on my loner ways. haha

But luckily there're very nice and friendly people in the group that i'm in.
Cause i'm the only poor lonely soul who came alone, the team leader intro me to a group of peeps who came together.
They're quite nice la though i super don't have the feel to talk in the morning.

Our group covered 15 blocks in marine parade and man i love that place!
The seabreeze is so awesome that its mad times more better than air con.
My partner, Liyana is super cute. ahaha As she's super scared of dogs, she immediately ran away when she heard a dog's bark.
Oh ya, kena barked by hell lot of dogs today! big dogs, small dogs, cute dogs, fierce dogs, you name it, i got barked by it.
There's 1 time when the gate wasn't closed and the owner open the door, a maltese ran out and do a stand in front of me while Liyana ran up 3 floors! HAHA She super cute!

My seedling today morning!

Came back after work and it lying on the soil cause the stalk bo balance. too heavy.
So i went out to buy more soil and pots to transfer the seedlings to as they're getting too big for the pots already. Overcrowding soon.

Drag back 10kg of soil on foot home. CRAZILY TORTUROUS cause i lazy to go mrt top up card. stupid hor?
Bought fertilizers as well.

Used a rubber band to support the stalk first.

MY BABIES STARTED SPROUTING 1 DAY AFTER MY PREVIOUS ENTRY!!! :D

On the 4th day(1st july), i left home with the soil still flat with nothing protruding out in the morning. When i got home at night after the dopt function......
I literally screamed! IT GREW!!!

It grew like about a section of a finger within a day! Faster than i thought! :)
The next morning, it grew twice of its initial size the previous night.

My soil bed of 12s also started germinating. Look like dao gay.

Left home for the whole day and accidentally left then at a wrong spot......
didn't put them under direct sunlight. end up.....

It grew sideways!!! ALAMAK!! #Facepalm

Probably gonna transfer them all to a bigger pot soon! :D

Sunflower planting

Bought a packet of sunflower seeds recently and started planting! :D
Planted about 15 seeds to try growing on 28th june.
Placed them on damp cotton sheets at first....but the wind keeps blowing them all over the place on the floor when i place them in a sunny area. Pekchek ar!

Cover it with another damp cotton sheet.
So i transferred them into this! Dug out some soil from my other plants.

As well as the 3 cute little flowerpots that Naimah, Baoyi and Santi gave to me for my birthday!

Grow baby grow! :D

The workers filled up tiles for 3 rooms within a day! Damn fast!
They even work extra 1 hour just to finish up my room. Such nice people, hard to find liao!

Paints nowadays are damn high tech ar.
They key in the colour code of the paint shade that i wanted onto the laptop then the machine on the left will squirt out abit of red and yellow onto a tin of white paint.
Then the uncle close the lid of the paint tin and put into the machine on the right to shake the colour till its even.
COOL RIGHT!
and i choose berry pink for my room and my parents chose cool mint for the rest of the house.

Initial plan was to paint my room first....but i keep sleeping and sleeping.....so they painted bro's and their room first.

Miss sleeping on a proper bed. Been sleeping in the living room since the renovation and... Doesnt feel good la. 3 people share 1 single mattress. Pathetic hor?

My dad sleep on the floor while my mum and i share the mattress. But somehow ar, i always roll onto the floor halfway through my sleep and ended up sleeping on the floor all the way. Bad habit of having a queen size bed haha.
My mum wanna downsize my future new bed to single de! Wonder if i will get used to it or not.

Hope the renovation will faster end lor! No homecooked food, no proper bed, furnitures hidden everywhere. I even lost my pencilcase when my mum did the packings. T_T
Feel like im back in tanjong balai or indonesia yenshang kampong! The sleeping on floor part feels super indonesia. Lol. Buay tahan. :(

Anyway made yummy potato croquettes with min and gwen. Kinds prefer my first attempt at it with ying back then but this try 1 not bad leh! Haha would taste better with minced chicken eat and chopped spring onions and shredded carrots.

DIY-ing my own laptop case

Bought a plain laptop case few weeks back with ying.
We had intentions to diy our own laptop cases and make it the most unique ones! haha
I just did mine few days back and i love it to bits!

I bought some iron ons stuffs and 3 packets of felt cloths from daiso.
My initial design was like that.
Haha the ribbon used to be my hair accessory. I cut out the alphabets from the felt cloths myself as well as the bits and pieces to make domo.

Mummy helped me with the sewing and stitching as she know that i'll never finish this laptop sleeve if she never help me. haha! :P

I diy-ed a small domo cause i have the right amount of cloths with me at that time.
Sewing the teeth onto domo's mouth. I don't have any white felt cloth so i used light pink for it.

Positioning the legs to be sew on next. Look like passport holder right? :P

Initially my mum keep saying why i so free to do this kind of wa ko sai ar. But after she sew finish, she hold it up and say that its quite cute! HAHAHAHAH! mummy ar!

Mum help me sew on the ribbon, alphabets and domo as well as doing the iron on stuffs.

I find it abit empty and went on to cut out a rainbow. Had all the colours except orange. But neh mind. Beige works great as a replacement.

Renovating house

MY HOUSE IS UNDER RENOVATIONSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!
:((((( No proper beds at all.
And best of all, my room will only be done when the exams just started. Great timing right? haha!
We'll be changing the 3 bedrooms and kitchen's tiles, changing the doors to wooden doors, changing the metal pipings, repainting the house and changing the furniture.

A night before the renovations start. My mum's bedroom.
The tiles had popped up a year ago and we've been using cardboards to cover it up since then.

Bro's room.

My room! Initially my room was said to be the last room to have its tiles knocked out, thats why only my room have furnitures. But end up my mum want all the tiles to be removed at the same time so fasten things up.

We stuffed the living room and the hallway outside my house with our rooms and kitchen's furnitures.
When i got home the next day after work... :OOOOOOOOO

Both of us continue our bangkok nonsense research and playing with her hamsters.
Ohya! Both of us also anyhow cook up some dinner. We made miso soup with prawn heads + corns + potatoes and pasta with tomato prawns! Quite yummy lor! hahha!

Saw lots of sandbags being placed along the walls of the exterior of my house when i got home.
LOOK LIKE TANGLIN MALL! HAHAHA

Pony Rides and Fish Farming

Yo Whatsup!

I went to volunteer for my nearby community club's event alone yesterday!
LOL! Proud of myself for going alone cause min couldn't make it as she got NDP training. :/
Wasn't really looking forward to the whole thing initially as i'm alone and i'm scared that everyone will be going with friends.
I even dreamt about the person in charge telling me that the whole event is cancelled due to rain.
But end up ok la, never stand out a lot. People there were nice! :) There's a total of 14 volunteers.

Met them at 8am outside cc office for briefing and morning refreshments(prata) which i didn't eat.

We brought 90+ kids + parents to the horse city first for pony rides.
Board bus 2 and chatted abit with the people there and was immediately changed to group 1 suddenly halfway through! :(
Don't like knowing slightly more about people and had to change group suddenly! :/

Brought group 1's children to the stable feeding area first while group 2 go for pony rides.
First time i see horses so up close! The guide teach us that any horse, regardless of breed, age is regarded as a pony as long as it is shorter than 142cm! So pony =/= baby horse!
Went around looking at horses as the guide intro them to us.
There's a horse named AWOL! Absent Without Official Leave!
HAHAH Thats because that horse keep running away and every time he ran away, some other horses will be release to chase him back.

Yes, only a steel horizontal bar can keep the horse from escaping.
I'm amazed too.

We then proceed to the pony rides after 45 mins or so.
The kids were excited to the max! hahaha!
Talk trash with them awhile with another volunteer while waiting for their rides.
There's a super super super cute little 5 yr old girl. She's the shortest in the group and the most 'dai' 1. hahahaha!
All the kids went on the pony at least once and the horse city people brought in a horse! Its super tall compared to the pony and all the kids wanna go up on it.
The short little girl wanna go up on it but was totally rejected cause she's tooo short and they're scared that she will fall off. So she end up riding the pony a lot of times cause no one wants the pony when the horse is around.

Sad max that the volunteers don't get a chance to ride the horse cause there's too many kids wanting it and not enough time. :((((((((
Took a group photo and off we go to a fish farm somewhere in pasir ris.

Was starving like mad as i ate 2 pieces of bread for breakfast only. Regretted not eating the prata that the provided in the morning!
McChicken was provided for lunch. Pretty much fill up most of my stomach spaces.

Damn cute! Esp when the fish swam away super fast, leaving the kids with a pek chek face.
Some kids are super good at catching them. Some even caught water snail and tadpoles LOL!
They get to keep the guppies that they caught.

After 30mins, my group went on to feed the fishes while i wander off. hehe.
Anyway i saw DUCKS!!! First time i see ducks in my whole life! Huge white ducks! Super pretty. Who says ducks are ugly?!
Saw lots and lots and lotsssssssssss of tortoises! There also a 2m pond that houses HUGE FISHES that is at least longer than my legs! Saw some deformed fishes as well as on the verge of exploding giant goldfishes.

I went on alone to the prawning area to kaypoh and anyhow start up a convo with an indian uncle! hahaha! He showed me his prawns and they are HUGE! I wanna try prawning someday!

Ended the session at the fish farm with yet another group photo and bus back to the community club.
Pretty fun trip tho i went alone. But at least i don't feel awkward or weird there. haha quite comfy around those people.

Trying to save up alot for a new phone lately.
My current phone is really really reallllllllllly cui.

I drop it so many freaking million times that it doesn't ring nor vibrate anymore!
Meaning i can't use the phone alarm to snooze for even 1 more min! Had to use the manual alarm clock liao which at can only snooze for 5 mis at the very least.
Furthermore i always missed other people's calls to me.
So if i ever manage to catch a call, that person is freaking lucky.

So proud of them doing something that is voluntary without any repay especially when they had to sacrifice their sleep and wake up early on a saturday morning!

Preparation for Willing Heart's Funfair

Santi, Agnes, Baoyi, Peifang, Calvin, Ronald, Warren and Kaiho came to my house today!
Main purpose is to actually prepare our stall games for the upcoming charity fun fair by willing hearts as well as wrap up the gifts.

Warren and Kaiho is damn funny by collecting used water bottles from the trash bins around school!
Kinda extreme imo at first, but it starts to get super funny when they look at every rubbish bin and even follow the cleaner to a trash collection area!
We've been trying to collect used water bottles for the past 2 days to make our bottle ring toss game.
Till date, we're collected 42 water bottles! :D
Anyway got my event boss to rent us a popcorn machine and carnival game at a discounted price! :D

Reached my house at around 4 plus and we started washing the bottles from the trash bin.
Peifang and Calvin brought up all the toys and stuffs that are to be wrapped.

Too bad Agnes had to suddenly go off. :O
The girls + Calvin wrapped the stuffs while kaiho work on the bottle ring toss game and Ronald + warren did the banner.
Ohya ohya! We named our stall BO-RING! Cause BO(ttle)RING! nice right?

There was hell lot of things to wrap. My spacious living room was crammed with many stuffs. ahaha! :D

Back from my 2 hours of work lol.
Thought today's event is some company dinner event at Marriott Hotel that need popcorn machine.... until i got there.

The popcorn machine today was newer and prettier than those that i've used previously.
All the ingredients were packed super nicely as compared to previously where it was in a delivery tray.
Weirdest is the package to put the popcorns! Its a pretty pink box instead of the normal ugly brown paper bag. Printed on the box is Andy and Angel 22.05.11.
Then i was thinking, how come this event got their names ar? They maybe deliver wrong packaging or something until i saw a super formal looking Andy in expensive looking suit walking towards my direction.
It's his wedding dinner today! I was totally stunned! LOL! I only know when i got there.
I'm working for my boss on his wedding day during his wedding dinner! Weird right!?!?!

Making popcorns in reception area for the guests! hahah!
At first i still thought the smoke from the popcorns will trigger the hotel's fire alarm! HAHAAH.
His friends are super friendly people! They keep joking about 3 popcorns.
